Josh Stokka is a young professional and recent Cal Poly grad with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, focused on Marketing, and minors in Environmental Studies and Psychology.
Having completed several, long-term internships in Marketing, Josh is intrigued by finding innovative ways to help brands connect with their customer base by better understanding their needs. He has experience working with a wide range of companies, from small San Luis Obispo-based startups to large software corporations.
During his time at Cal Poly, Josh spent over three years serving on the board of a sustainable business club called Net Impact. In this role, he helped pass a resolution certifying Cal Poly as a Fair-Trade campus while providing club members with opportunities to learn about and engage with the power of business as an agent for change.
Josh is a passionate advocate for sustainability, with a particular interest in the intersection between sustainability and business. He believes in the power of ethical business practices to drive positive change in the world, and strives to make this happen however he can in his career.
His interest in sustainability stems from his love of the outdoors. You will often find him hiking, mountain biking, and exploring the natural beauty of California’s central coast.
