Businesses have to tell stories constantly and consistently to remain relevant and top of mind and close deals. In fact, branding is in large part story telling about the company, it’s products and services. Marketing is about how customers respond to offerings.

Promotion?

Well, those can be visually based stories of how a companies offerings can be increased. Business also uses stories for recruitment and, perhaps to a much less effective end, for retention. When a company needs money they tell stories to bankers, investors, or Wall Street.
