FIRST DATABANK, Hearst Corporation’s pharmaceutical IT unit, wanted to amp global growth. However, research revealed a huge roadblock: drug data has typically been viewed as secondary to the IT system purchase decision. Our solution: disrupt the status quo by focusing on the truth that it isn’t the technology or the information that matters—it’s what those assets make possible. Accordingly, we developed messaging and positioning that spotlighted the benefits of the pharmaceutical treatments.
